Overview
At RAINBOW HEALTH FOOD Ltd, our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additional Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are cases where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank since there could be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at montimall16@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
